We have identified a need for pest treatment within the units. While pest control inside individual units is typically the responsibility of each owner, we are coordinating this effort to ensure the most effective treatment and elimination of common pests that have been reported.
Why is this important?
Common pests such as roaches can easily migrate between units through walls, plumbing, and shared spaces. Treating only some units is ineffective because untreated areas allow pests to survive and spread again. A systematic, building-wide treatment:
Breaks the infestation cycle
Prevents health risks (roaches carry bacteria and allergens)
Reduces long-term costs compared to repeated individual treatments
Ensures lasting results for the entire community
To make this initiative successful, participation is mandatory for all units. The cost for treatment has been highly discounted to $35 per unit which will be added to your HOA account upon completion.
