Access Control

As a security precaution, key fobs that have not been used for 90 days or more will be deactivated. If your key fob is not working, this may be the reason. Stop by the front office and we will reset your fob. To prevent this, if you have extra fobs when you can just scan them on any of the access points to keep your fob active.

Security

Please do not prop open ANY of the exterior building access points. This includes but is not limited to the Loading dock gate, freight elevator door, garage doors etc. This poses a hug security risk to the community.

Amenity Hours

We love that our residents love the amenirties from the newly renoivated clubroom, to the pool, grills and zen garden. However, we need to remind the community that these amenites are not available for use after 10:00 p.m., the reason for the grills and zen garden being included is that the surrending condo's are often affected by the noise that carries aspecially late at night when  things are quiter. 

We ask that if are using the grill to have things completed by 9:45 p.m to allow time for clean up etc. If you are 5-10 minutes after 10:00 p.m., please do your best to remain at a non-distrubing noise level.
